XCDX5 Motion Controller
A nanoscale X-Ray Imager configured with a large diameter rotary air-bearing and HR2 motors provides ultra-high resolution for non-destructive 3D imaging. A series of HR motors are mounted around a large ceramic ring with precision motion and absolute position stability.
