Sales Admin & Logistic Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Customer Sales Administrator to manage crucial aspects of Sales Orders and customer service operations. In this role, you will oversee a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between logistics, customer service, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Export and Import Management: Supervise the export of products to customers, handle product and goods imports under service calls, and manage customs procedures.
  • Customer Order Processing: Enter and track customer orders in the system, manage customer portals, and ensure timely updates in Priority.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers and Nanomotion Inc (US subsidiary) regarding service calls, delivery dates, and aged debts.
  • Reporting Tasks: Manage invoicing and VAT assignments, generate backlog and booking reports weekly, and maintain weekly shipping logs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of logistics, ERP systems (e.g., Priority).
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with international customers and distributors.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (mandatory).
  • Strong aptitude for self-directed learning and adaptability to new systems and processes.
  • Excellent time management, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while interfacing with various departments in the company
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms.
