Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead our customers’ product development projects and manage customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have background in motion systems. This role requires excellent project management skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage product development projects for high-end motion systems, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating project timelines, deliverables, and any potential changes.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status reports to management.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in the motion systems or related industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
