Sales Operation and Customer Service Specialist

Job Description

Nanomotion, located in Yokneam, is looking for Sales Operations and Customer Service Specialist.
– Process all customers’ orders, forms, applications and requests
– Manage sales administration
– Shipment administration
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
– Provide pricing and delivery information
– Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate customer POC

Requirements:

– Working knowledge in shipping and customs procedures
– Exceptional communication skills
– Very good English – Spoken and Written
– People person – this role requires interactions with internal and external customers
– Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
– Knowledge of relevant computer applications – Excel, ERP (Priority).
– Knowledge of administrative procedures
– Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
– Full time job and flexibility to support working hours on different global time zones
– Take the extra mile to engage customers
